When I needed to understand an issue or was worried about a date or an open house I picked up the phone and always got though to John.  It was very reassuring that my agent understood and responded to my requests and issues.

I tried to sell my home myself (using, I Sold My House.com). This process was not very successful. The need to be available for calls and inquiries and be able to show at the house when potential customers had their schedules open was overwhelming and did not go well.  As a working person taking time off work was not an option which left some potential customers put off when the house could not be shown during the day.

First, we would like to express a few thoughts comparing the experiences of purchasing our home forty-eight years ago and it's recent sale. For us, having been married for just one year the purchase had all the positive potential of putting down roots in a new community and starting a family.

I recently listed a property I owned in Wakefield MA with John Jannino at "Executive Real Estate" .  My property sold the very first day on the market, I couldn't of been happier.  Prior to using "Executive Real Estate",  I attempted selling my house on my own through "I sold my house.com". However, after 4 months of advertising expenses I gave up.  I must say dealing with John was a great experience.  I highly recommend anyone selling their home to use "Executive Real Estate" because I know I will again.

I had my two-family property in Malden, Mass listed on I Sold My House.com originally in the fall of 2003. I got a few calls and set up showings. Only a small percentage even bothered to show up to view the property. When my listing expired I decided to wait until the spring to relist. March rolled around and I re-listed on I Sold My House.com. The same routine ensued. A great deal of hits on the site, few calls and even fewer people ACTUALLY showing up after arranging a showing.

Being frustrated, I employed a realtor for a three month period. People came and went…only a couple bites but no follow through. When that realtor’s contract was up I wondered what I should do next. In the mail the week the contract was to expire, I received a flyer offering the services of John Janinno. I called him to find out a little more about him. He assured me he could sell my house and had a very reasonable rate for doing so. I employed his services and we started our adventure. My house sold within the three months John had it in his listings and it sold for approximately the expected price.

Overall I was very happy with the service John gave and would recommend him to anyone I know with a property to sell. He is very prompt with dealing with issues, returning phone calls and following up on prospective buyers.
